Dr. David McMaster was born into a Methodist manse in Ireland.  His family moved to the Toronto area in his late teens and it was there, some years later, he had what he describes as an encounter with God.  That encounter led him to Seminary, ordination, and the United Church of Canada.

David has served at Timothy Eaton Memorial in Toronto, Eastminster in Belleville, and now is the Sr. Minister, Supply at Metropolitan.

David says that his heart is in the local church.  He very much enjoys working with people, hearing their stories, sharing times of laughter, and offering spiritual help when life gets difficult.
