This week we find Jesus talking with some of the religious leaders who were concerned about the company that he was keeping! Comments were being made about Jesus associating with “tax collectors and sinners.” Jesus does not speak directly to these accusations, instead, he tells three parables. As we explore Jesus’ response let us also give some thought to the mission of our congregation. Who is welcome and who do we serve? Jeff will be preaching at both services today joining with Brad Johnson at The Gathering and Herb Summers at 11 o’clock.
